Bon séjour néanmoins très déçus de constater que certaines prestations annoncées sur le site ne sont pas présentes (tennis gratuit à proximité et sauna). Notre choix sur cette résidence était en parti lié à ces deux prestations.
Nous avons signalé cette déception à l'accueil en arrivant et constatons que ces 2 prestations sont toujours affichées ce jour sur Internet. Il s'agit de publicité mensongère...

Le personnel est au top, il sait faire son maximum pour compenser des locaux très inadaptés : hébergement exigüe, locaux collectifs bruyants et inadaptés aux enfants ... Pas un endroit calme, pas de repos possible en dehors des chambres où il est impossible de tenir des enfants dans quelques m² ...

Cela fait quatre fois que nous venons à ste Maxime et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous globalement. Chambres propres. Accueil de tout le monde exceptionnel, sourires et gentillesse. Mer à deux pas, transports à proximité. Repas tout à fait bons. Malheureusement j'avoue que je suis de plus en plus déçue par les animations : nous n'avons eu aucune info pendant la réunion d'accueil, ni sur les animations proposées ni sur la région. Comment planifier sa semaine dans ces conditions ? L'animateur adulte est très gentil mais n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avons connu précédemment. D'ailleurs pourrait on lui dire d'arrêter de hurler, cela permettrait de mieux comprendre ce qu'il dit et lui éviterait l'extinction de voix ? Il faudrait être plus exigeant sur les activités proposées. Petit détail : pourquoi arroser la pelouse le soir alors qu'il pleut des trombes d'eau ??

The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
You will find a shop with regional products, post card, games board and loan rackets.

• A financial deposit is requested for the disinfection of each accommodation after departure: €5 per night. They must be kept on a leash.
• Pets allowed only outside school holidays.
